The share price is behaving as if the news is leaking.
This is a shame for David Teoh...he deserves a win.
I guess the logic (if one can call it that, or perhaps I should be using the word rational) is that the Huawei ban affects all players, even globally, and just because the 4th player decides its uneconomical and pulls out doesn't change the competitive dynamic argument which the ACCC has presented. (What I wrote barely makes sense to me, but I can see how they think that way.)
What is the level the share price will fall to if a deal is blocked? $4? They paid a high price for spectrum...most likely they'll take a loss on that.
