    The ACCC cannot put onerous restrictions on the merger, to cripple no 3and 4 telco to let no 1and 2 florish, under the banner of forcing compition that would be unfair trading conditions, 
    Since tpm cancelled its mobile aspersions imhohas no reasons to stop the merger, imho, time will tell
