Also, there was this ( very justifiable) delay.
I think "proof of concept" is an apt description for the Bass plant upgrade. I suspect they have been feeling their way, designing on the run, saving cash wherever possible. All the things you have to do as a minnow.
Way more importantly, we are yet to see the plant operating... continuously and efficiently.... to nameplate
I pray that it is all going to work as planned.
