For what its worth, I think they are working pretty hard on securing deals.

I think Ron stepped into an executive role because he could not leave things as they were, but probably has an inclination to retire soon.

My sense is he won't do that until he rights the ship.

Keith and Anoushka seem like the right people to get traction in the US and Australian markets.

I am still frustrated by the absence of traction and lack of effective communication, but optimistic that we are now in a good place to move forward.
