On a pure P/E you are probably right. But given the big jump in EV sales and new products being released and relationships being formed it's reasonable for the market to look ahead with some optimism baked into the share price.
Whether that is a $35m market cap remains to be seen but looking only at the NPAT line is a disservice with the blue sky opening up for RFT right now.
