sorry woolydog i apologize if my musing offended you personally....just meant to bark at lurking downrampers and shorters in general...i'm pretty sure the beach shall bite them in due time....if you're a holder like me don't despair but top up today or tomorrow cause doubt very much you can buy beach parcels at this sp in a month time.....when the going gets tough the tough get going...cheers
