Look I think focusing on Yellow Tailed Kingfish is a great strategy. The more they can produce the better. Tuna has obviously got prestige and they definitely should keep putting an affordable amount into R&D on that, but they are already lifting the awareness of markets out there that probably never heard of YTK before and as a result lifting the demand for it. I'll be asking restaurants wherever I go if they have some Kingfish on the menu!
