    I had a discussion with RC a few weeks ago and specifically touched on the SP which baffled him considering the milestones achieved these past 24 months. He also pointed out that a similar scenario played out at QGC where they were doing all the rights things and the SP was being ignored. Eventually the progress got noticed and it just turned and started to take off and the rest is history. Perhaps history will repeat here.
