    CTP shareholder "enhancement" since Cottee and Santos involvement, .. IMO, a big fail.

    No matter what's on the drawing board and 6 P weak oil production, the SP says it all, after 2+ years of "planning" and no drilling after oil found.

    Definitely something wrong with how this company is being "run".
