disappointing result, page-2

I wish I could, but I was quite disappointed with the result. I have sold the main part of my holdings after seeing this.
What concerned me was not the FX loss or even the devaluations, but the lower occupancy and rental yield per square foot. It looks like the leases being renewed are being struck at a lower rate, and thats going to bite into their interest cover which has already fallen to a low of 1.4x
I had been tracking the vacancy levels on their website, but they have been a bit slack in updating them regularly enough so the 80.8% was also a surprise for me.

It can turn, but the upside has dropped significantly.
I'm going to wait to see evidence of a recovery before buying in again.
