The announcements are out to inform the market that they are moving their HQ to China. It seems to me that this is a last desperate attempt to save the company from oblivion. Sure they are going to save $$$ from moving to China where they can find cheap labours but the downside is they have to rebuild the team of software developers again. Also Chinese are known to be good hardware engineers but not software engineers where Altium will need a lot of them for the product development. Not sure if this is going to be the next leap forward or a big mistake from the management team.
