No one decent works commission-only UNLESS it's a massive market AND it has a proven sales pipeline that can generate large commissions... Eden has neither IMO.
Good sales folk are on an avg base salary and big commission because they can sell.
CR must be very very soon or another mortgage at an inflated interest rate imo.
