Well the directors might be happy with the result but my feeling that the announcement contained a bit of PC about the result. Investors must have realised that the shortfall will only be taken from gross profits anyway and might cause some delay in their capacity to meet market requirements in the future. Obviously some investors are somewhat shortsighted. I was more than happy to take mine u and at the time I did the SP was below the offer price.
