You are right - absolutely they are still able to achieve all that they were proposing to do as long as Lev waits a while for his short term loan repayment and they drop there cash on hand back to about $200,000 which cannot be a big problem because thats about what it was before the capital raise. Cannot blame them for wanting to hold a bit more in cash though - $200,000 is really tight for a company with this volume of revenue and most of their debtors overseas. As I said their capital management takes some beating.
