To be fair if they wanted a better uptake then the ratio should've been closer to 1 for 1. My 20k position would've been 400$ in shares at 1 for 50. Not worth my time and I picked up another 5K worth at 5.80$ onmarket. The rights was for the main share holder to take a bigger position in the company with his money rather than a loan to the company. I see this as a buy recommendation on the stock. He knows he'll make a lot more $$$$ off shares over a loan. IMO.
