Read GUF's latest posts - they're all about the Mongolia IPO, not Hughenden. Hughenden may well end up with a JORC resource but the coal is so deep it's unlikely it will ever be dug up.
Hawsons and its other exploration are still the main game for CAP. The FTB deal gives CAP a stake in Guildford, no more spending on the tenement & royalties if it ever gets into production.
IMHO, a good deal for CAP shareholders.
