The management and directors of PIR have been proven to be both inept and dishonest.
This announcement and the market reaction is an indictment.
While it is consistent with past performance it continues to amaze me how much of a mess they are making of a fundamentally good story. A great shame.
Until some decent people take control PIR will underperform.
Institutions will not touch this company with management that have no credibility and have proven themselves to be untrustworthy.
Stuart Hall as the technical director should immediately resign. His conservatism and lack of personal interest or responsibility is a terrible match for Alan Campbell's lack of entrepreneurship or corporate experience. The other directors are shell company puppets and should have been replaced a year ago.
Snowden's were the wrong choice and the entire approach to the "upgrade" has been a disaster.
This company has an interesting asset that could turn into a high value miner. Will need good people to regain market support.
