Very disappointing for investors who have lost 3/4 of their capital
Commencement of production has been moved 12 months--and it is still a maybe at that
Wash plant , with nothing to wash, is completed, but the origional plan to have this built by 3rd parties, is gone, and so is the valuable capital.
Who takes responsibility for putting this cart before the horse ( the approvals )

The company should consider laying off all staff and all management to preserve cash until Water & Enviro approvals are received---there is no point in further activity
Unless capital is preserved, this risks going broke , costing investors the remaining 1/4
