I don't know about anyone else but this capital raising at 8 cents is a real disappointment.
The stock hasn't traded below 10.5 cents prior to this announcement so this raising has been done at a discount of approx. 24% to the lowest traded price, the figure looks a hell of a lot worse if you relate it back to the VWAP over the past month.
To see the stock run to a high of 26.5 cents on huge volume and not strike while the iron was hot and raise at 8 cents is fairly ordinary IMO.
