    What ever way one looks at it, what ever the spin may be etc, today was very disappointing for me and I guess many other holders.

    Why gdn is sold down, is anyones guess.

    My only explanation is that the s/p is being manipulated down.

    Me things it could go as far as mid 60's before the BIG announcement that sees a reverse in the s/p.

    I am selling all my other holdings in other shares and buying gdn should the price go to say........0.65.

    I hope I am wrong.
