best time to buy a stock imo, old buyers wanting to sell after their hope of making the big kill with their over committed purchasers are failing them with a falling SP, buyers resisting to re-enter due to falling SP caused by this, no better time to buy imo while the rest are retreating and at a guess no more than 5-10% of holders can interpret the ann anyway.
