I hope you are right Cucucu, but in addition to what Iceman has said, it is one thing to be full of potential, it is another to actually perform.

Maybe the management should consider bringing in a motivation speaker like Anthony Robbins, to help them "unlock their full potential". Just an idea, but at the moment it is like watching a bunch of kids fumbling their way through a piano lesson.
