    dont appear all that organised to me either, there are plans, more plans and more plans, time for some action.
    PTR has 50m grant, their market cap was 49m the other day, how do they propose matching funding ??
    Little co in Tassy has a Redi grant ?? 5m, theyve only just fired up ??
