The big thing to read into Rusty is he had plenty to say about ousting over paid management that basically steel from investors but its his investors that have given him this opportunity and now he has put himself in a position to be paid for nothing.
Go figure at least we had people that had good experiance in the field now you pay more people on the board that have none it is a great thing we have that this can be value to shareholders.
The only way CVN will see real value from here is to remove most of the board only Two people with the ability to agree with what STO want to do and pay our 10% towards it, sit back and wait for a buyer.
These people need to forget about performance rights from here.
