If JP Morgan can't sell this for a half decent price I think CVN should consider doing a good old fashioned on-market buy back for say $30m now while we all wait for STO to progress to FID. With lower capex costs now forecast this would likely still leave them fully funded for development, if this actually goes the journey CVN isn't gobbled up. There is also debt funding likely available if FID progresses so it is essentially a lazy balance sheet.
Cap raise at 30c, buyback at 15c. All capital management initiatives should be on the table imo, and a buyback should be seriously considered. More likely though the crew a JPM find a way to sell this and get their bonuses, they are usually pretty good at that imo.
