Agreed Robbo. And institutional buyers will start moving in once it looks like finance is a formality.
With lawyers and bureaucrats involved, one should never expect promptness but the market will read between the lines in my view.
Institutional investors, especially those in Germany will know when the finance risk is sufficiently reduced and this will be before the final announcement.
When you see the Insto's bots accumulating significant parcels, you know that the doubt has receded.
