Yes Cashflow allows significant uplift in production capability which in turn means this facility can be replaced in time with a significantly larger reserve based lending facility than would have been otherwise available which in turn lowers the cost of capital. This stops any thought of dilution......shame it couldn't have been announced before the Qtrly as these volatile swings are just playing into the accumulators hands.
