omega is being a little too negative. as i posted the first tranche was the critical one. had Landong balked on the first one then yes HNR would have been scratching. additionally if the chinees want more weight at a discount they could flood the market with buys bids, but even if the share price falls another 20%, it wouldnt take a lot of volume to generate some interest again making the average price less favourable.
with the issue raised about the slow moving management, i would also like to add that their annual report was very uninformative with hardly any directors commentary. shareholders need commentary not just tables!!!! clearly these guys are rookies.
