Here are some figs
They intend to increase production to 2m grams , which they should make a net sales margin of about 2.50 per gram, which equates to 5 mill gross profit after tax, lets say 3.5 mill net profit, listed companies trade at about 15 times earnings, unlisted companies at about 5 to 6 , but lets be kind and treat them as a listed company. 15 X 3.5 mill = 52.5 , CMY 24% interest = 12.6 mill , then add cash 8 mill = 20.6 mill post deal, plus maybe 4 mill for the mining assets = 24.6
CMY are issuing 87,500,00 shares at 20c = 17,500,00 mkt cap. 24.6 - 17.5 mill = 7.1 mill, that values CMY for existing shareholders at 5.4 cents , that is why the shares came back.
Now to hold these valuations they have to actually sell 2m grams.
