    Not sure how the future can be extremely bright when OTR's 2 major businesses are barely profitable. Also, cannot understand why OTR is punting on QLD landbanks, when land prices were exactly what undercut Bloomer in 1H16. How many builders have gone bust speculating on land? Madness!
