The directors have just destroyed the whole value of RIM in my view - it will fall to nothing now.

The liabilities that will come from this ridiculous termination are huge and unfortunately shareholders will meet the costs of it - both the legal costs and the damages.

The termination results from a change of control that occurred at the very start of the earn in. RIM directors knew RCL owned GPR and they were certainly told in 2022 about it. Yet they kept taking money despite it all.

Directors have sold shareholders down the toilet here in my view - its so sad.

And avondale cant be terminated either because the change of control happened prior to its formation. Most of the value in scandium is avondale anyway so RIM doesnt realy gain that much even if was to not loose.
