The rampers trying the old reverse physchology trick.
It doesn't really matter in the long run.The rampers may get the price to hold steady for a while, the downrampers may get it down a bit but ultimately they will either survive or not.
If the promised announcement comes and it is good, then INL will fly.
If the deal is off they will liquidate shortly afterwards i.m.o.
I hope it is the former.
Maybe a ten bagger or bust...............good odds if you ask me.
