    This is what the great Norm said in September after the last raising:
    WDR’s Managing Director Mr. Norm Gardner said “WDR is fully funded to complete its development of the Roper Bar Project, with our first shipment of direct shipping ore due in late November this year. We are on budget for all development costs, with approximately 25% of those costs remaining.
    So what's changed ?
