What constitutes a quality company? Good bookkeeping? Not spending money? Having the benefit of no competition in EPP for the near future?
Cash in bank is not the only measure of quality. What about achieving stated timelines, using your first mover advantage, not letting competition in the CNS space plow ahead with meaningful trials and patient samples? If you listed all the failures this company has endured, it doesnt paint a pretty picture. The CEO having to renew his contract time and again to meet the minimum of his personal goals is probably a testament to that. But more importantly, not being transparent and withholding facts about timelines and progress relating to OTCs is a strong indicator of quality or lack thereof imo.
