I agree. CUV looks great from a stock screener that filters on financial metrics but when you look at the human aspects of what makes a quality company, the contrast is obvious. Consequently, the market has no trust that the company will actually do what is says it will. All the failures, absent transparency, Wolgen's greed and his rambling and idiosyncratic shareholder communications keep new investors on the sidelines and discourage LTHs from topping up. We need stronger governance followed by a C-suite management refresh.
