Great find 007. Meanwhile Disc, the early stage company which is the very best comparison stock to CUV, was up another 4% last night bringing their market cap to $1.56 Billion USD ($2.33 Billion Australian Dollars or equivalent to CUV price of $46). I can see why Clinuvel has never once compared their performance to Disc and instead use companies like Mesoblast (who had an FDA rejection and would tank in any market) to compare performance with. Also, about $23 Million AUD of turnover on Disc which is more than 20 times more than CUV would achieve on a good day - they are much better at attracting investor interest in their stock and maybe Clinuvel should headhunt some talent in this regard.
In my opinion all future management incentives should be purely on share price performance, and trying to get back into the ASX200, as a company aspiring to be a household name in less than 2 years now should aspire to.
And do a $20 - $30 Million share buyback now.
