Yeah I get that board/management governance is ordinary here - despite some excellent remuneration - but $2 Billion difference ordinary seems a bit steep. The facts are they have got FDA, EMA, TGA approvals, good profits, great cash, vertical integration and a Phase 3 running in a blockbuster Vitiligo - Disc would love to have all those things which they don't have and may never get.
