If you hold CUV shares in Commsec, commsec loans them out to be shorted without your approval.
The only way to "take them out of market" is to have a Sell order in place a long way above the current SP.
Commsec control this by making sure you cannot put a sell in that is too far away from market. (Say $30)
You shouod be able to enter any fvcking price you want as its YOUR shares. If you want a sell order at $30 thats up to you. Commsec wont allow this however as they know what people will do.
