Yes that's why TMT are trading at a fifth of our current valuation. Has the market got this wrong or do you think maybe you're missing something here?
Yes traditionally the only V producing mines have had high in-ground grades but extraction methods have advanced significantly since then and the price for vanadium has also risen considerably.
Using the in-ground grade as a basis for comparison is somewhat a red herring. Given our strip ratio is absurdly low (0.40) whilst TMT has a proposed strip ration of 5.6...
Not to mention that at the end of the day the grade of the concentrate is what really matters and KRC are already producing a higher concentrate product and if they can prove to do so at an economical rate then yes we'll continue to be the frontrunner for this sector.
