I have received my voting pack from The Empire.
Page 7 has a disclaimer regarding the consolidation. ....'this presentation has not been independently verified for EGO or its Directors and Officers nor has it been audited. Accordingly the company does not warrant or represent that the information contained in this presentation is accurate or complete.'
Well what does that mean? Fundamentaĺly it means we think we are right but if it goes pear shape and we are found wrong you have no avenue to seek compensation from us.
If this Board is so confident of the 100:1 ratio why not stand by it. How about if post consolidation should the value of shares drop by 25% ie 40 cents to 30 cents will the Board resign?
I am not against a consolidation but at a more sensed ratio of 20:1.
