I raised this subject with [email protected]. He is of the view that it would be best if you voted in your own right.
The reason being is that collating and counting the proxy votes takes time as not all come in at the same time and when KQ attends the AGM all the proxy votes have to be accounted for at the time of the AGM and presented for registration before the meeting commences.
