Actually right after the $800K then say that we are to be responsible for some of the maintenance and they are hiring - really I had expected better thats like saying I got rid of the cars and saved $xxx but now I have to pay for taxi's.
Much better is to say we have saved $800K but will incur additional expenses of approximately $xxx as we will now undertake some of these functions inhouse.
