Ok, having read past announcements also and having gone through the SSPP documentation I also could not find the 15m options @ .35c that you mention either. However, having re-read the Prospectus released last night I understand that the 15m options @ .35c to Tricom is a "Placement Fee" & is being offered pursuant to the Prospectus so this is the first we have heard about it IMO! Anyone else can feel free to correct me tho., or comment with their own views!
