Today DCL sent letters to investors that hold DMC0467AU (Lot 345, 86 Adeling Boulevard, Cobblebank, VIC, 3338) and DMC3895AU (Lot 635, Waratah Drive, Beveridge, VIC, 3753)
The letters are to inform investors of a vote to wind up these funds.
The letters sight increasing costs and a lack of suitable tenants as the main reasons for winding up these sub-funds. The dollar return to investors is currently unknown.
The properties are a part of the heavily scrutinised NDIS scheme.
I hope for the sake of investors these funds can achieve a positive outcome, however the commentary and outcomes on these funds to date have been significantly below what was originally advertised.
