I haven’t seen a single NDIS sub fund offered by DCL in positive territory, happy to be proven wrong if there are some sub funds in positive territory. But I wonder what percentage (if any) have made money for investors. Both the DCL share price and the NDIS sub funds are a mess. No tenants and rising costs of building, no wonder these things are failing.

hopefully there is some kind of a return for investors. Another poor performing investment from AAIG / ASRW the last one I saw was HAL which has seen a huge drop in value as well.
