DMC2201AU Lot 328, 81 Adelong Boulevard, Cobblebank VIC 3338 - June 2024 - Domacom sent another email on 24/06 recommending that another VIC based sub fund is wound up by 24/07.

Sighting the same reasons, no tenants found and rising costs.

According to the letter, the procedure for terminating or winding up the fund is:

pursuant to clause 25.1(b) of the constitution, on the termination and windup of a sub-fund, the trustee must;

- not issue or redeem units in the Sub-Fund;
- sell and realise assets of the sub-fund, and;
- distribute the net proceeds from the realisation of property assets to the members, less actual and anticipated liabilities of the sub-fund and the actual and anticipated expenses of terminating the sub-fund and pro-rated according to the number of units held in the sub-fund by the investor

What a disaster for investors.
