With Crude at $80 and no cash, who do you think will have the bargaining power in a JV?

Do we have to go broke first?

And how is it that everyone is expecting a JV to benefit GGP?

We already know a CHEAP deal was walked away from by another potential JV partner a month or two ago. Can we expect another shocker of a JV similar to the deal that was walked away from? And remember, Crude was at $100 at the time of that deal.

    Bargaining power is diminished IMHO.

    Back to my original question...

seriously folks, I really do want an answer... or is it all too obvious?

...I wonder WHO can tell, WHEN did GGP last exceed any of their previous announcements which they have had DIRECT control / operating control.

Everyone should be asking themselves that question.

Now WHO can provide an answer?

Who wants to state the obvious? How many years do we need to go back? 5years or 10years?

Ahh the benefits of having a disclaimer on every ASX announcement!
