Does he have a signed contract. NO.
If he did he would have to announ that.
If he did have it and was buying then he would have something to answer for.
Everyone KNOWS pharma companies are checking the RTFS out.
He has made small sales to pharma - no big deal.
Does BHP have to tell the market everytime they sell some more oil or coal?
