    Would anyone from the Company like to comment on their failure to disclose the Yogi deal ? The counter-party Ferrowest (FWL) deemed it was sufficiently advanced to make an announcement - why hasn't PDY ?

    I've never really seen it done where a company unilaterally makes an announcement of this magnitude (I think its 5 times PDY's current cash level of circ. $150k ?). Just want to learn more about Corporate Governance from true practioners of the craft.
