What it was.. is Registered Owner was Beneficial Owner
(But ANZ kept it secret for 4 years and didnt attend to their legal duties..so kept it real secret)
We argue it(ANZ had a positive duty to fulfill its legal obligations ..and not keep its position secret..as it had a fiduciary responsiblity)
